Please read carefully through our following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and therefore advise you to read through them each time you use the site.

Accuracy of content
While we endeavour to ensure that all information on our website is correct at the time of publishing, in particular our prices, we cannot guarantee all photographs to give a 100% accurate representation of the item. Due to the fact many items on our website are individually handmade each may vary slightly in appearance. We cannot guarantee your monitors representation of item’s colours. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Any delivery charges will be added during the checkout process.

Returns & exchanges
Unfortunately the Gold & Platinum Studio do not offer refunds on goods unless they are found to be faulty. If deemed faulty please return the goods to us with a covering letter or email stating the item’s fault. We shall endeavour to replace the item where possible. If a replacement item is not available then a refund will be given. Faulty items should be returned to us as soon as possible and we will not refund items that have become faulty through general wear and tear.

If you have simply changed your mind about the product then an exchange is available. Please return the item in its original condition and in its original packaging and state the reason for return and the item you wish to exchange the product for, otherwise a credit note will be issued. We regret due to hygiene issues we cannot accept unwanted earrings, except if they are faulty. Please retain proof of purchase. We regret that we do not refund postage costs. Gold & Platinum Studio do not accept responsibility for returned items which do not reach us, or which arrive damaged. We recommend you return any goods using a secure method of postage such as Royal Mail Special/Recorded delivery and retain and proof of postage.

Delivery
Our free postage and packaging cost includes Royal Mail Recorded Signed For, and all boxes and packaging. This service is fully trackable within the UK.

Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order before your item has been dispatched then we will not process the order or payment. If payment has been taken and your order dispatched then we cannot refund the cancelled order, we can credit you the amount should the item be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

Limitation of liability
Although we endeavour to ensure our website is free from viruses, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your computer or any files or programs stored on it arising as a result of your use of this website, or any third party websites accessed through our site. We will also not be liable for any personal injury or death that may result directly or indirectly from the use of our website, or from any information obtained from our website.

Occasionally we may provide links to third party websites; this is done as we believe they may be of interest to you. However, our own terms and conditions and privacy policy do not cover these third party websites. We do not accept any responsibility in respect of the contents or of the use of these websites and therefore recommend you take time to read through the terms and conditions of each of these sites before making use of them.

It is your responsibility to ensure any information in regards to an account set up with us is kept confidential. If you do not keep this information confidential we shall not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage.
