Delivery and returns

Delivery information

All jewellery purchases will be packaged in our Gold & Platinum Studio branded boxes and sent in a discreet envelope. 

Costs:

UK delivery – £5.00

All parcels are sent using Royal mail’s special delivery service. Your parcel will require a signature and arrive within two working days of purchase.

International – Starting from £15.00

If making a purchase from outside the UK please contact us via email or phone to place your order and we will calculate postage costs for you. Items of a higher value need to be insured so may be sent by parcel force at a higher rate.

We can send smaller purchases internationally using Royal mail’s international tracked and signed for service. You will need to be there to sign for the parcel. It should arrive within 7 working days of the purchase. International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country.  As a result, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by local country postal service or customs checks.  Any import duties, sales taxes or other customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns and exchanges

Gold & Platinum Studio do not offer refunds with the exception of goods found to be faulty.  If deemed faulty please return the goods to us with a covering letter or send an email stating the item’s fault.  Therefore we will make every effort will be made to replace the item but if this is not possible a refund will be given.

Faulty items must be returned to us as soon as possible in its original condition and box.  If returning goods by mail, please send using a secure, insured postal service such as Royal Mail Special/Recorded delivery also please retain proof of postage. Unfortunately items that have become faulty through general wear and tear cannot be returned for refund. Please note that the original postage costs are not refundable and we do not accept any responsibility for the return postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In addition if the item purchased is to your liking, You may return the item to us and you will receive a credit note for the value of that item (this is valid for one year). The credit note can be used in-store or on any online purchase. If you would like to use your credit note online please contact us via email with your replacement order. You will be responsible for return postage.

We cannot except returns for overseas purchases.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order before the item has been dispatched, payment will not be processed. Unfortunately if payment has been taken and your order dispatched we cannot refund the cancelled order. As a result we are happy to provide you with a credit note should the item be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

Out of stock

We are an independent company and the majority of the pieces available here are one offs consequently, on occasion an item can be sold from our studio and not removed from the website the same day. Therefore if anything on our website is out of stock and you have purchased it, we will endeavour to make another or find a replacement within your budget and to meet your deadline. Finally if there was an item you have seen on the website previously that is no longer visible we can make another similar item for you.
